We know the best foods on earth have the least amount of processing- they occur in natural states and mostly include vegetables and fruits. When calories are restricted to below 1000 per day, your metabolism slows down and burns fewer calories, and you will walk the earth as a person in a daze; we do not advocate this irresponsible and sometimes fatal approach. We also realize that few people have the psychological skills to cope with their emotions and often end up bingeing. We test your psychology to see if you are ready to lose weight, and we first focus on improving your psychology to prepare you for weight loss, if we discover significant deficits, particularly in the areas of pessimism and confidence. Science has shown that exercise is nearly the only way to maintain weight loss and aids in losing weight; we offer expertise in this area, as well.
