
Bob Palmer began working part-time with high school students in a large youth ministry in Kansas City while still in college. After his training in youth ministry, he spent 10 years in the Detroit chapter of a national youth organization, counseling teens, parents, and teachers. In 1973, he became a member of the affiliated staff of the University of Arizona, Tucson, where he served as a Campus Chaplain in addition to serving as College Pastor at a large church. In 1980, he joined the pastoral counseling staff of an evangelical church in Birmingham, AL, where he spent six years in hundreds of individual counseling sessions. In 1986, he helped launch Personal Relationships, Inc. where he focused on marriage, family, and individual counseling. He has hosted a daily radio program since 1989 and is an author of the book, THE DATING DILEMMA, Handling Sexual Pressures, which has sold over 25,000 copies.
